The staff here are very friendly, ready to assist, and excellent people.

The rooms where neat and reasonably spacious with mountains view, fantastic views, as example, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I did not want to leave, had a lovely experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot water in the showers. The location of the guesthouse was also great, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me with any requests or questions I had during my stay.

Communication was challenging, and it would have been more convenient if they were able to understand and speak English fluently. This language barrier made it difficult to express my needs and preferences effectively.

The staff is amicable and accommodates all of guests' needs. Make sure to get standard triple room with comfortable beds, a hot shower plus big bathroom. There is a huge variety of good food for breakfast. Extremely quiet and ideal location in the hills above Ella, you can walk everywhere. Plus, this hotel is next to a wonderful garden and the beautiful mountains.

I recently stayed at Pearl View in Ella for 3 nights and it was a perfect retreat. The location provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere for exploring the surrounding area. The hosts were fantastic, genuinely lovely people who made our stay unforgettable.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem nestled in the lush gardens of the mountains. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to wake up to each morning. Despite the steps to get to the hotel, the hospitality and beautiful surroundings made up for it. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.
